Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Authorization
All returns must be authorized by our team before being sent back. Unauthorized returns or items returned without prior approval will not be accepted or processed.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Fitment Responsibility
Customers are responsible for verifying that parts are correct for their vehicle before installation. If you are unsure about fitment, please contact us prior to installing the item.
Parts that have been installed, attempted to be installed, modified, or used cannot be returned unless they are defective.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. The 14-day cooling-off period does not apply to custom-made or special-order items.
Restocking Fee
All approved returns may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 20% of the item’s purchase price. This fee covers inspection, handling, and repackaging costs.
The restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount once the returned item has been received and inspected.
Restocking fees will not apply in cases where the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our error.
Return Shipping
Unless the item is defective, damaged, or sent incorrectly, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items that are lost in transit.
Return Condition
All returned items will be inspected upon receipt. Items returned in a condition different from how they were originally shipped, including missing packaging, hardware, manuals, or accessories, may be subject to additional deductions or may be refused.
Returns must include all original packaging, components, hardware, manuals, and accessories. Missing components may result in deductions from the refund or refusal of the return.
Additional Non-Returnable Items
In addition to the items listed above, the following items cannot be returned:
- Electrical or electronic components once installed or connected
- Items that have been installed, used, modified, or damaged after delivery
- Opened or used performance parts where installation may affect resale
- Special order items or parts sourced specifically for a customer
- Items showing signs of installation, wear, tool marks, fluid contamination, or modification cannot be returned unless confirmed defective by the manufacturer.
Special Order Items
Items that are sourced or ordered specifically for a customer are considered special order items and are final sale unless defective.
Refused Shipments
If a shipment is refused or returned to us due to failed delivery attempts, incorrect address information provided by the customer, or refusal by the recipient, the customer may be responsible for the original shipping cost and any return shipping charges incurred.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days, minus any applicable restocking fee. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Refunds can only be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
